For those not keeping score, this IVA planning predates the recent annexation and REZONING of the H2K plot near I10/Colossal Cave. You know, the plot that drive the public frenzy for incorporation.

Will our voices go unheard like Hook disregarded the neighbor concerns for the Tucson Cottonwood development that happened in April when he and the committee approved the rezoning ust months before the donation Cottonwood made to IVA? (see Agenda/supplementary meeting materials)

Can we expect rezoning like what was done in Tucson for Cottonwood Properties (another donor AND another SALC member) here?

Is this why the IVA campaign team has refused to meet with opponents and disregarded numerous requests to provide a more detailed budget and plan?
