Separation of Church and State - or not?

While it's nothing new for a government building to be occasionally used by a local church group, Vail United School District seems to be taking that to a different level.
At the last meeting, the VUSD school board voted to permit CHC (the LDS church) to pay for a 'community building' that they will build on Cienega High School property. That building would then be leased back to CHC/LDS for an unheard of bargain price of $600/month to use the building 6 am - 6 pm for TEN years for purpose of teaching seminary.
Distilled down, this is putting a church building on school property further dividing the Vail school kids into LDS vs everyone else.
